Description:
Assist with the safe lifting, moving, and storage of boats. This role requires attention to detail and comfort operating equipment in a busy waterfront setting. Operators support daily boater needs and long-term storage, helping ensure efficiency and safety. Training is available for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous forklift or equipment experience a plus, but not required

Description:
Dockhands are the welcoming face of the marina, assisting boaters with docking, fueling, and general needs. The role includes light cleaning and maintenance, line handling, and customer support to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is an excellent entry point into the marina industry.
Requirements:
Friendly and customer-service oriented
Comfortable working outdoors and around water
Willingness to learn and support a variety of tasks
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Description:
Support the service team with inspection, maintenance, and repair of outboard motors and related equipment. This role helps keep customer vessels in top condition and ensures reliability on the water. Mechanical aptitude and interest in boating are beneficial, though training opportunities are available.
Requirements:
Previous marine or mechanical experience a plus
Basic mechanical skills or willingness to learn
Attention to detail in troubleshooting and repair
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
